We’re less than a week away from CEREC 27 and a half, an extremely interesting and unique event in digital dentistry. Sirona, the developers of CEREC, are hosting this event to celebrate numerous Sirona milestones including 27 and a half years of CEREC, 20 years of Schick digital radiography, 10 years of inLab and 5 years of GALILEOS cone beam technology.

The event is taking place at the Venetian Resort Hotel in Las Vegas, offering three days of education, premium entertainment and memorable parties. Exciting guests, Steve Martin and Martin Short, are teaming up to entertain attendees along with a superior, A-list group of industry lecturers.

CEREC 27 and a half is no ordinary event in dentistry. Along with celebrity entertainment, attendees are invited to a Red Carpet Bash and a half at the popular TAO Nightclub located in the Venetian, and are welcome to participate in a Hang Over 5k fun run early Friday morning during the seminar, where runners are encouraged to run in full costume.

In 2006 researchers, clinicians and laboratory technicians from all over the world gathered for the CEREC 20th Anniversary Symposium and in 2011 they gathered to celebrate CEREC 25. The two prior events were so successful; Sirona just couldn’t wait another 5 years to get everybody together again.

If you’re planning on attending CEREC 27 and a half, let us know what you’re looking forward to the most!
